L’Assemblea di DownVerso, svolta sabato 12 maggio a Cantù, ha approvato all’unanimità il Bilancio 2017 dell’Associazione che ha confermato (nei numeri ma soprattutto nei dettagli sull’attività che sono stato condivisi con tutti i soci) la buona salute delle iniziative comuni a partire dal Progetto Autonomia (che ha appena visto l’inaugurazione dell’appartamento per la residenziali) e dal Progetto Scuola (che ha visto quasi raddoppiare le famiglie coinvolte in due anni).
L’Assemblea ha anche provveduto ad eleggere il nuovo Direttivo di DownVerso a seguito della scadenza del precedente. Il nuovo Direttivo guiderà le attività associative per i prossimi tre anni. Lo “storico” presidente di DownVerso Roberto Esposito non si è ricandidato ed ha quindi concluso il proprio periodo alla guida della nostra associazione: anni in cui ha fatto crescere esponenzialmente (ma sempre con il massimo coinvolgimento ed apertura) le attività, le iniziative, i contatti, le prospettive di lavoro della DownVerso. Lo ringraziamo infinitamente per tutto quanto ha fatto e sappiamo che rimarrà comunque una colonna portante del Progetto Autonomia compartecipato da tutte le famiglie con figli adulti.
Le elezioni svolte hanno portato ad un Direttivo così composto (con alcune conferme e nuove forze a disposizione): Donato Bonanomi, Monica Castelletti, Rosi Erba, Silvia Gentili, Vilma Faverio, Tina Biagia Ferlazzo, Riccardo Sebastiani, Francesco Vignarca. Nella prima riunione di costituzione, svolta il 22 maggio, il nuovo Direttivo ha poi votato all’unanimità Vilma Faverio come nuova presidente di DownVerso e Francesco Vignarca come vicepresidente.
